Matthew has been supporting
individuals and teams in the nonprofit industry as a team leader, a coach, and
a trainer since 2005. He has worked in five different management
positions with increasing degrees of responsibility and scope, and has
recruited, trained, and coached dozens of nonprofit leaders nationwide. As a coach and facilitator, he listens deeply
and draws on his diverse experience with operations and human resource
management to provide tools and frameworks rooted in best practices, and to
empower individuals and teams to draw on their own innate wisdom in response to
their unique challenges.
